How can you sell at such rock bottom prices?

1. This is an online only store. There is no rent overhead. The savings are passed on to you.
2. We sell overstock, last few remaining stock, previous generation models. All these can be sold at very low prices.

Do you provide installation services?

No and probably never will. Engaging in online retail only allows us to keep our overhead small and pass the savings to you.

Do the products have warranty?

Most of the products have 1 year warranty unless otherwise indicated. Please read the product details carefully!

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, prices are VAT inclusive.

Do you issue receipts?

Yes. Sales invoice issued are under Digital CCTV and Electronics Corp.

Can I return or exchange products?

Once a sale is done and the product has no defect, you cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund. Goods can't be returned because of change of mind. Defective products are covered by our Return Policy.

Can I get support?
